Library cards are of no cost to patrons in our service area which includes the townships of Shelby, Benona, Ferry, Claybanks, and Otto. Grant Township residents are also welcome to sign up for a library card for a yearly fee of $30. All others, including seasonal residents and those outside our service area, may pay a $35 annual fee for library card access.
